Reasons Of Why I chose South Korea As My Topic

• During Thanksgiving weekend last year, I was at a friend's house spending time with her, and her family. While we were bored, she convinced me to watch the music video of a group of Korean singers dancing. (SHINee - Replay (Noona)) After listening to the song, and watching how well the group danced, I started listening to more Korean songs.

• One of my other friends convinced me to watch a few Korean dramas. The first one I watched was called Boys Over Flowers. Throughout the entire season of this show, I couldn't stop crying, I was so touched! A lot of significant events happened; conflicts between forbidden love, rich boy meets poor girl, popular girls hurt loser girl, etc.
• Another thing that made me choose South Korea as my topic was pretty shallow, but I'll be honest... the males there are without a doubt, pretty handsome.
• Also, the scenery in South Korea is quite extraordinary, especially the beautiful Gyeongbok Palace.
• I also recently found out that South Korea is looking for a lot of English teachers from abroad to hire. Since my marks in English are pretty good, and writing is something I enjoy, I was quite ecstatic when I found out. If becoming a corporate lawyer doesn't work out for me, I'll fall back onto English, and perhaps go to South Korea to teach.
